Marketing audit

Saven Financial is an online financial platform developed by FirstOntario Credit Union, offering financial services, including TFSA, GIC, and FHSA products, exclusively online. Saven Financial functions as a division of FirstOntario Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in Ontario. 

What we did

Challenge

Following an extremely successful launch in early 2021, Saven Financial sought to revisit and review their marketing strategy as they enter the next stage, two years after their launch – sustainable growth. Saven approached dig to complete an audit, with the primary goal of determining where there are gaps and opportunities within their marketing approach; a first step towards building a more sustainable and effective approach.

Approach

The audit focused on three key areas. dig reviewed the configuration of Saven Financial’s GA4 account, assessing setup, customizations, and the efficacy of their conversion tracking funnel and campaign tracking methods. We then analyzed website analytics from the past year to understand engagement, traffic sources, conversion metrics, and channel effectiveness. Finally, we evaluated the overall marketing strategy by reviewing budget allocation, digital ad account setup, campaign configuration and performance, and creative approach.
